Order Processing – All orders are processed once full payment is received. Production times vary depending on the order size and design complexity. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

1. Collection Location – Orders must be collected from our premises at 2 Marble Ray Drive, Newlands West. Collection details, including date and time, will be provided once the order is ready.

2. Collection Timeframe – Customers must collect their orders within 14 days of notification. Uncollected orders beyond this period may be subject to storage fees or cancellation without refund.

3. Proof of Purchase – Customers must present proof of order (invoice or confirmation email) upon collection.

4. Third-Party Collection – If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide the order details and proof of purchase.

5. Order Inspection – Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon collection. Any concerns must be addressed before leaving the premises, as we do not accept returns for custom-made items.
