• Customers are responsible for ensuring all design details, sizes, and specifications are correct before approval.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before production begins.

4. Refunds & Returns

• No returns or refunds for custom-made items unless we made an error.
• Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
