  1. No Returns on Custom-Made Items: Once an item has been produced according to your specifications, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or do not like the item.

  2. Valid Reason Required: If you wish to return an item within 7 days of receiving it, there must be a valid reason such as:

    • The item received differs significantly from the specifications agreed upon.
    • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Claims for Errors: If we make an error on your order that is not in accordance with your approved design, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

  4. Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request proof of the issue, such as photographs.

  5. Refund or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either replace the item or provide a refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  6. Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-designed products, may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
